	Shipping - Stevedoring - Ships Agency Until the Management Buy-Out in 2004 RMS Europe was part of Rhein, Maas + See Shiffartskontor GmbH and we still have strong trading links with their terminal operations at Ruhrort, Duisburg, deep in the heart of Germany's industrial zone. A liner service operates between Duisburg and RMS Europe Group’s Goole Terminal five times a week, linking the UK with Europe's major arterial waterway which acts as a hub for water-borne cargoes from Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and - via the Danube - the Balkan states and Black Sea. Liner services connecting the UK’s industrial heartland with Poland, St Petersburg and West Coast Norway also make regular calls at RMS Europe Group’s terminals on the Humber and Trent. All our terminals are fully accredited for ISPS (International Ship & Port Security) and provide Ships Agency services 24/7 to ships using our facilities. At all of our facilities we employ our own permanent skilled workforce, certified to ‘Level 2 NVQ Stevedoring’, to ensure maximum expertise in cargo handling. Our in-house training subsidiary provides training in plant and materials handling, as well as offering quality systems management to ISO 9001/9002 standards.
